RESERVING A BOAT IN ICREW

Hanlan members in good standing have the ability to book club boats for independent use, once approved by a coach to do so based on their skill level/experience and knowledge of our waters. Please refer to the requirements for independent rowing posted with our water schedule, and instructions for how to become approved to book and sign out club boats for independent rowing.

Private boat owners should also use the boat booking system to check in and out from a rowing session.

All reservations are visible to other club members, so this may also facilitate finding people to row with outside scheduled sessions.

As of June 2024, we are piloting boat booking using the iCrew system. Please read and bookmark this page to navigate the system.
